The San Jacinto Beagle Club is a member of the Houston Combined Specialty Association. The club sponsors two Beagle specialty conformation shows each year - one in the Spring and one in the Summer.
Summer Specialty 2008
July 17, 2008
The annual Summer Specialty of the San Jacinto Beagle Club will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at the Reliant Center, Houston, Texas. Pending AKC approval, Regular Classes will be judged by Mrs. Elizabeth Pennock Friedlander of Boulder, Colorado and Regular and Veterans Sweepstakes and Junior Showmanship will be judged by Mrs. Anne L Legge, of Winchester, Virginia. Show chair is Janelle Holmes.
Pre-show coffee and pastries will be provided by the club. All are invited to attend a dutch treat luncheon and meeting of the club at Papasito's Restaurant following the judging. A 60/40 raffle will be conducted at the meeting. Please contact raffle chair Carol Power if you would care to donate items for the raffle.
Show superintendant is Onofrio Dog Shows. Entry deadline is July 2, 2008.

The annual Spring Specialty of the San Jacinto Beagle Club was held on Friday, March 14, 2008 at the Farm & Ranch Club, Houston, Texas. Regular Classes and Junior Showmanship were judged by Nr. Eric R. (Rick) White of Cherry Hill Village, Colorado. Regular & Veteran's Sweepstakes were judged by Ms. Teresa Gaier of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Show Chair was Marilyn Gore.
